What we collect. The public website URL you ask us to inspect, pages and technical signals returned by that site, and the name, company, work email, language and consent you submit when requesting a private diagnostic.

How we use it. We use this information to generate the requested snapshot and internal report, prevent abuse, operate the lead dashboard, contact you about the diagnostic, and improve reliability. The complete report is for internal review and is not published through a public report URL.

Service providers. Hosting, database, analytics and notification providers process data only to operate Lensor. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Retention and requests. We retain records only while they are useful for the diagnostic, security and legitimate business records. You may ask the Lensor team responding to your request to correct or delete your contact record.

Qué recopilamos. La URL pública que solicitás analizar, las páginas y señales técnicas devueltas por ese sitio, y el nombre, empresa, correo laboral, idioma y consentimiento enviados al solicitar el diagnóstico privado.

Cómo lo usamos. Usamos esta información para generar el snapshot y reporte interno, prevenir abuso, operar el panel de leads, contactarte y mejorar la confiabilidad. El reporte completo es de revisión interna y no se publica mediante una URL pública.

Proveedores y retención. Los proveedores de hosting, base de datos, analítica y notificaciones procesan datos para operar Lensor. No vendemos los datos de contacto. Podés pedir corrección o eliminación al equipo que responda tu solicitud.
